Fun, efficient and effective, TRX bodyweight classes are fantastic for building and toning muscle, increasing flexibility and improving endurance.

Using suspension equipment on our elegant wooden apparatus, each class enhances muscular and cardiovascular health and targets major muscle groups with a particular focus on building abdominal strength. Regular sessions will create a full-body training programme using your natural strength.
