Hi I’m Ben.
I enjoy empowering people to feel confident in the way that they move. My classes are about leaving life’s worries at the door and allowing you to feel present in the room so you are able to properly connect to your body. When we are able to truly listen to our body, we give ourselves the opportunity to move freely. Through a balance of activation, intensity and relaxation my goal is to allow you to connect to your subconscious mind and get lost in the power of feeling in an instinctive way. I have a background in a variety of fitness styles and believe taking part in a wide range of classes is ideal for catering to your individual needs. I am a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and currently taking clients for 1-2-1.
