Our Video Personal Training studios provide targeted training in frequent 30-minute slots. 
Latest technology Metabolic and Performance breath screenings show: 
 – The perfect foods for YOUR metabolism 
 – Your individual exercise level required for optimum weight loss (probably a slower pace than you’d think)

mobility

When joints have full mobility and the surrounding muscles work, mobility increases. 
The BIG 5 joints: Big Toe, Ankle, Hips, Cervical Spine and Thoracic Spine can all be optimised by targeted exercise, to provide freedom of movement. 
We cover this in our classes, to ensure you leave feeling better each time.

Four major areas: feet, knees, lower back, neck all require strengthening to increase stability, to allow the surrounding tissue to move freely, providing optimal motion. 
The effects of lifestyle, injury and stress can be re-programmed, to overcome dysfunction.

Strength training can be achieved through many exercise types and can help to prevent injury. 
The Natural Fit screening system will highlight any imbalances or areas  susceptible to injury. We can provide you with the confidence to build strength and correct any weaknesses in the process.

When you join Natural Fit, we carry out a screening to check your every day functional movement and will tailor a programme to fit around injuries that you have suffered or particular areas of weakness. Our levels system provides confidence to exercise within your abilities at all times.

PT STUDIOS

Target your aims in efficient 30 minute sessions led by your own on-screen Personal Trainer. 

Choose from sessions pitched to challenge you within your ability using the Natural Fit levels system. All of the equipment you need is ready for you, at your own work-station, at the start of your session – just book on the App, turn up, and become fitter and stronger with ease.
