I have always been into fitness, especially horse-riding and strength training, and have a huge passion for wanting to improve people’s mental and physical health. I most enjoy strength-based and high endurance training, and since joining Natural Fit, I have also enjoyed teaching more movement-based techniques to now train in a combination to offer a full, rounded workout package.
I am a qualified Level 2 Fitness Instructor, in the process of getting my Level 3 Personal Training qualification, and currently taking clients for 1-2-1.
