I specialise in building strength and confidence, using a range of techniques to develop your functional capacity and achieve your goals. I believe that fitness should be fun, and I aim to make every session different and exciting.
During our session I'll emphasise in using a mind & body approach when it comes to your fitness and wellbeing.
With two degrees in psychology and neuroscience, I strive to integrate evidence-based approaches with a person-centered attitude.
