My aim is to create a safe and supportive environment for all my clients to reach their goals. I’m particularly passionate about helping women lead a stronger, healthier and happier lifestyle through all stages of life. I’ve supported menopausal clients to regain confidence in their bodies through tailored workout programmes.
I’ve also spent almost a decade training in karate and kickboxing. So if you want to get your heart rate up, feel stronger and relieve some stress you can find me coaching boxing circuits or book a one-to-one session via the app.
