I am qualified in level 2 fitness instructor and level 3 personal training.
Sport and fitness has been a passion of mine though my life, I focus in boxing, martial arts, fast paced circuits and strength and conditioning. I believe that everyone one has a inner athlete inside of them just needs to be unlocked...I'll find it !
I focus on building natural body power, building strength and toning the body. I believe in a fun, exciting and safe work place and making gym sessions exciting and focus driven. I’m very detailed in my sessions planning and focus on your specific wants and needs.
My back ground as a chef means I have great knowledge and understanding on food and nutrition and I can add this detail to our sessions. I have strong military family background which I use discipline our sessions to get the best results.
