The New Natural Fit App: FAQs and User Guides

It’s here! The new Natural Fit App is now live on iOS App Store and Android Google Play Store.

With great new features such as booking reminders, news notifications, goal setting, as well as the ability to book and pay for treatments, Screenings and One-to-One Personal Training, we’re pleased that this new app helps bring the bespoke Club Membership experience to digital.

Troubleshoot: ‘No Membership’ or ‘we could not find your Membership’

This has no reflection on your membership status, simply that the app loaded incorrectly.

Please do one or both of the following:

  • Tap ‘Refresh’ where it reads ‘No Membership’ on your profile
  • Log out and log back in to manually refresh the app.
