Yoga is my biggest passion – it has been the key to improving my mental and physical health in recent years and I am so honoured to be able to offer this tool to help others. In my classes I offer an embodied approach, encompassing the integration of breath, meditation and self reflection. I strive to offer well-rounded classes that not only challenge students physically but also nourish their mental and emotional well-being. I teach regular group classes and also offer one to one yoga for a more in depth and personalised session. I hope to see you in class soon!
