At Natural Fit, we’re redefining the health club experience — and we’re looking for an inspiring Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer to join our dynamic, multi-skilled team.

About Us

Natural Fit is a unique, premium wellness destination offering Gym, Classes, Spa and Café experience all in one Membership — conveniently located a beautifully restored church near Hove Station. This is a space filled with bespoke gym equipment, beautiful spa facilities and a health-inspired Café

Our philosophy centres on functional movement, everyday wellness, and holistic health. Members can train, reconnect with their health, unwind in our spa, and nourish themselves in our café.

The Role

As a Natural Fit team member, you’ll do far more than just run PT sessions. You’ll be fully involved across all club areas — delivering exceptional service, connecting with members, and helping people move, eat, and live better.

You’ll work across all areas of the Club:

• Gym – Provide Personal training, movement screening and gym inductions.
• Classes – Lead small group classes and functional fitness sessions
• Café – Prepare and serve healthy meals and drinks.
• Spa & Lounge – Support a clean, welcoming environment through out the club!
• Events & Campaigns – Assist with our Club marketing, promotions and community engagement

No two days are the same, and there’s plenty of scope to grow, learn, and expand your skillset.

What We’re Looking For

• Ideally Level 3 Fitness / Personal Training qualification (or currently training), but not essential!
• 1+ year of experience in fitness, wellness, hospitality or a customer-facing role.
• Strong passion for fitness, wellbeing, nutrition and providing great service.
• Have a friendly, confident and open communication style.
• You’ll be flexible, positive with a team-focused attitude.

This is a 40 hour week on a five day rota across seven days’ Club opening.
