In this time I have treated people who need assistance improving their movement after injury/illness. I love seeing them regain independence and living pain-free.

I have specialised in Pilates Mat Work which gives me a good understanding of habitual movement patterns in relation to posture and alignment. I find it useful to pair this understanding with more thorough anatomy learned through my work as a sports massage therapist.
