As Club Manager, my focus is providing members with positive and dedicated support through your exercise journey. I specialise in teaching Yoga.
My main style of movement that I teach is Hatha Yoga. Yoga suits my personality - it’s calming, nurturing but has a strong determined edge. I love to empower individuals with confidence to explore movement, improving health, fitness and wellbeing.
Yoga with me will guide you through your experience step by step, using breath work to help you find freedom and flow with everyday movements.
