Hey, I’m Will.
I have been passionate about sport, health & fitness my whole life. As a former semi-professional rugby player, keeping fit and being in the right condition was part of the process. I have experienced a vast amount of coaching which I hope to pass on to our members to learn and push themselves, whilst enjoying the process. With a Sport & Exercise Science degree and level 3 personal training qualification, I hope to help members through their fitness journey. As a personal trainer I aim to seek the best bespoke plan possible for an individual to help build sustainable healthy habits.
