My primary focus in group classes and private lessons is to empower students to discover their unique alignment, cultivate greater mind/body awareness and more functional movement patterns.

I have a background in athletics and degree in sports science, which combined with with a passion for sports rehab/exercise medicine helps me modify typical exercises to each individual’s ability and needs.

My Yoga classes range between Hatha and Vinyasa-style flows.
