Fitness has always been so important to me because keeping active as much as possible by bikepacking, running with my dog or lifting a barbell enables me to feel present, focused and fulfilled.

I love working across the Café and Gym because it lets me contribute to the wellness of our members through a variety of culinary ideas and an innate enthusiasm for exercise. 

I’m training to deliver a variety of classes, including Circuits, Pilates and Movement & Core. I’m keen to continue learning and developing to better provide empowerment and progression to all members.
