For me, exercise is so much more than being physically fit; it’s the way it improves your mental health and lifts your mood.

My aim in every class is to teach new, enjoyable ways to exercise and move your body. Pilates and Movement Frame are great for this - getting back in touch with your natural motion in a way that’s fun and achievable!

I’m looking forward to starting to teach Movement & Core soon too, and I’m currently completing my Nutrition & Personal Training course.
