Who we are

Natural Fit Tunbridge Wells is a fresh innovation in fitness and well-being, through Gym, Classes, Spa and Cafe in a beautiful building in the town centre. Catering for a high-end client base, we offer a boutique recreational space to our members - think of it as a Country Club in the city.

We have an exercise ethos based around re-awakening everyday functional movement in a guided environment, whether through members’ classes or guided exercise on the Gym floor. We seek to re-align the body’s natural sequence, helping our members move fully, with freedom and flow, from adult life through to later years.

The Spa, Café and Lounges provide space to relax, re-invigorate and meet with friends.
