Who We Are

Natural Fit Hove is a fresh innovation in fitness and well-being, through Gym, Classes, Spa, Cafe and Work space. Located a short distance walk North of Hove Station, on the edge of Hove Park, Natural Fit is a combination internally of great architecture and blissful ambience. Built inside a lovely old church, this is a space filled with bespoke gym equipment, beautiful spa facilities and a health-inspired Café; think of it as a Country Club by the coast. We have an exercise ethos based around re-awakening everyday functional movement in a guided environment, whether through members’ classes or guided exercise on the gym floor. We seek to re-align the body’s natural sequence, helping our members move fully, with freedom and flow, form adult life through to later years. The Spa, Café and lounges provide space to work, relax, re-invigorate and meet with friends. 

The Opportunity

Do you have a background in sales, customer service and upkeep of appearance?

We are seeking a hard-working, energetic and flexible, membership advisor to become our next Team Member, to provide excellent, attentive service levels to our prospective members and maintain appearances throughout the club meeting our members expectations. 

Assisting and supported by the Club and Team Managers, your role will be wide and varied, representing the company’s core beliefs and value. It will include:

• Taking Tours for prospective members
• Joining new members
• Handling phone enquiries 
• Involvement with Marketing and sales generation
• Front of house and serving our members in the Café and Lounges
• Maintaining appearances of the Club

Which could also lead into a variety of tasks in all areas of the Club; Gym, Classes, Spa & Café including:

• Class instruction
• Involvement with Members exercise needs
• Food preparation 

This is a 40 hour week on a five day rota across seven days’ Club opening.

About You

• You’ll have a strong involvement in sales strategy and delivering new member monthly targets
• You will have enjoyed and be able to demonstrate plenty of experience with open connection and communication with customers in previous roles.
• You must be confident in communicating with people, both face to face and by telephone, and you must enjoy satisfying customer needs to the highest level.

Desired skills or experience:

• Experience of sales or membership nature
• You have 1+ years of working within a team
• You have a keen interest in health, wellbeing, food and nutrition
• You must have confidence in communicating with people, in person and on the phone
• You must enjoy providing high levels of customer satisfaction, with team cohesion
